A pediatric outpatient clinic in Savannah, GA is looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join a dynamic, collaborative team. With a steady referral base, a supportive interdisciplinary team, and flexible scheduling, this is a great opportunity for OTs looking for clinical autonomy, mentorship, and professional growth in a fast-paced setting!
What to Expect
- Friendly, team-based culture with clinical 1:1 check-ins and strong administrative support
- Consistent caseload! Schedule is developed with therapist input to best suit your needs!
- Full-time or part-time opportunities -- flexible scheduling!
- Sessions are typically 60 minutes, all 1:1, in clinic and nearby community settings (travel minimal and negotiable)
- Beautiful therapy gym for treatment! iPads and materials provided
- Point-of-service documentation using quick templates and drop-downs in an EMR
- Diverse Caseload: preschool and early school-aged clients, with a focus on developmental delays, autism, sensory needs, fine motor delays, and some medically complex clients; older kids typically come in during after-school hours
- Excellent mentorship provided for new grads or those changing settings!
Compensation
- W-2 Fee For Service Model
- $44–$57/hr, based on experience
- Paid documentation and admin time!
- Leadership or management roles include generous non-clinical pay and department bonuses
