**PEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST NEEDED IN PORTLAND OREGON**

This Portland pediatric clinic was created by two OTs who wanted a place where therapists feel supported, families feel welcomed, and sensory-informed, child-led care can truly thrive. The clinic sits near the Montavilla neighborhood and offers bright natural light, two huge sensory gyms, low-stimulation rooms, a kitchen treatment space, a therapist lounge, and plenty of space to spread out and get creative.

The vibe? Collaborative, warm, curious, and fun. Think potlucks, spirit weeks, pumpkin carving contests, and team outings—balanced with a priority on clinical skills and a shared commitment to supporting kids and their families.

    What Makes This Clinic Different

    • Built-in paperwork time every day
    • Hourly clock-in/clock-out pay (you’re paid even when kids cancel)
    • Amazing admin support so therapists can stay focused on treatment, not logistics
    • A big, organized, sensory-rich space with room to move
    • Paid, structured ramp-up with time for shadowing, meeting families, and settling in
    • Mentorship that actually feels like mentorship

If you’re a feeding specialist—or excited to grow in that direction—the team would love you!
