Pediatric Occupational Therapist Position in Bellevue, WA | BONUS STRUCTURE + FLEXIBILITY
We’re looking for an OT who’s eager to grow alongside other like-minded clinicians — and be treated like more than just a cog in the wheel.

Clinical Growth: You’ll never feel like your clinical growth is an afterthought. Mentorship and collaboration are a priority.
Creativity is Encouraged: Cancellations aren’t wasted time — they’re used to brainstorm, improve programming, or develop new ideas. You’re more than just a billable hour here.
Real Input: Leadership values feedback and transparency, and your voice matters.
