Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT)

    Part-Time Afternoons (2–6pm) or Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy | Clinician-Owned | Interdisciplinary Team

Families need care, and we hate waitlists. We’re growing our OT/PT team—without sacrificing ethics.

Relocating to Savannah/Pooler? Savannah offers coastal living, a walkable historic city vibe, great food/arts, mild winters, and easy access to the water (hello, Tybee). Pooler adds a convenient, family-friendly feel with quick access to Savannah and the airport.

How Our Pay Model Works (and why it may look different at first glance)

Some clinics pay only for direct treatment time (or per visit). We don’t. At Chatterbox, you’re paid hourly as a W-2 employee—for the full job: direct care, caregiver coaching, documentation, collaboration, team meetings, cancellations, and administrative time.

Don’t pass this role by at first glance if you’re comparing hourly rates to “per-visit” offers. Those models often pay only for face-to-face minutes while the work that protects quality happens unpaid or after hours. Our model is built for ethical care and sustainable workdays—because all of that work counts.

This role is W-2 employment (not a 1099/independent contractor position).

    Non-Negotiables + Benefits

Care is driven by clinical need, not revenue targets

Ethical documentation supported with built-in doc time

Clinician judgment is respected and protected

Interdisciplinary collaboration is the norm (you’re not on an island)

CEU stipend + a culture that values clinical curiosity

Early Intervention opportunities if you want them

Caseload can be tailored: outpatient, EI, or a blend

If this sounds like you, keep reading…

You’re tired of high-productivity settings where quantity over quality is the expectation. You want a role where you can focus on patient care, caregiver coaching, and meaningful collaboration with a team that shares your values.

You bring a “let’s make this better” mindset—because you genuinely enjoy helping a clinic grow into the best version of itself. You’re dependable, trustworthy, and you hold yourself to a high ethical standard. You also value mentoring and enjoy taking students and building into future clinicians.

You want a place to plant roots, build long-term relationships with families and coworkers, and feel proud of the clinic you represent. You see the value in a small, clinician-owned practice over larger corporate settings—and you appreciate leadership that actively advocates for our profession and the children we serve.

    About Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy

We’re a small, clinician-owned outpatient pediatric practice led by a pediatric SLP with 15 years of private practice leadership. Our owner stays abreast of current issues and actively advocates for patient rights, therapist job security, and the future of our profession.

We’re optimistic about where pediatric therapy is going—and we’re building a clinic that protects ethical, high-quality care while expanding access for families.
