    Position Overview

    We are seeking a pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and is motivated to continue learning and growing.

    This role is ideal for a clinician with pediatric experience who wants to be part of a team that collaborates closely, supports one another, and takes pride in the care we provide.

    Responsibilities

    · Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising OT

    · Provide evidence-based interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional independence

    · Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members

    · Provide caregiver education and home strategies for carryover

    · Maintain accurate and timely documentation

    · Meet state supervision requirements and actively collaborate with supervising OT

    Qualifications

    · Current Arkansas OTA license

    · Pediatric therapy experience preferred

    · Strong clinical skills working with children with a variety of diagnoses (ASD, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, etc.)

    · Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising OT and team members

    · Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    · Commitment to family-centered care
