Your Role
Deliver evidence-based therapy in natural home environments.
Conduct evaluations and create family-centered goals.
Coach caregivers to integrate therapy into daily routines.
Maintain timely, high-quality documentation.
Collaborate with a passionate interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
Master’s degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy + active CA license
Pediatric experience (0–3 preferred)
Knowledge of early intervention principles and evidence-based practice
Compassionate, organized, and self-motivated
Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish), 1+ years of early intervention experience, experience with sensory integration, toe walking, prematurity, DME/orthotics, neurodevelopmental screening.
