Grow With Us: Transition to full-time with benefits (if desired) and access educational opportunities to advance your skills.

Supportive Culture: Feel appreciated! We celebrate your contributions and foster a collaborative, empowering environment.

    Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you’ll:

Provide evidence-based therapy to infants and toddlers in their home environments.

Conduct evaluations, create family-centered goals, and educate caregivers on integrating therapy into daily life.

Manage your caseload independently while ensuring timely, thorough documentation.

Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to improving developmental outcomes.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Must-Haves:

Masters of Physical Therapy degree or higher + active CA PT license.

Pediatric experience (0-3 years preferred) and knowledge of gross motor milestones.

Warm, compassionate approach with strong family collaboration skills.
