🧸 What You’ll Be Doing

Your days might include:

• Helping a toddler take their first independent steps • Designing ninja-warrior obstacle courses • Using swings, trampolines, and climbing walls therapeutically • Supporting gross motor development through play • Partnering with families to build carryover at home • Collaborating with SLPs & OTs for whole-child care • Celebrating BIG wins (and tiny ones too 💛)
