    We are seeking a part-time or full-time pediatric Physical Therapist to join our awesome team of passionate and dedicated SLPs, OTs and PTs. New graduates or those approaching graduation and eligible to sit for the licensure exam are encouraged to apply!

    Responsibilities:

    Work with the patient and the family to design and implement an individualized plan of care

    Update progress notes and other documentation on an ongoing basis

    Collaborate with other team members, when applicable, in the performance of patient care

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program

    IL PT licensure

    Passion for pediatric patients

    Desire to partner alongside parents

    Motivated and eager to learn

    Excellent communication skills

    Collaborative, team-building personality style
