    Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate pediatric physical therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children and for learning new skills. We have a skilled team of physical therapists who love to mentor and share their knowledge. Experience in pediatric therapy and a background in evaluating and treating children who have a wide range of developmental delays, disabilities, and disorders is preferred, but not required. We welcome new graduates to apply and take advantage of our mentorship program!

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate developmental delays, injuries, and conditions to determine each patient's needs and create individualized treatment plans

    Work with caregivers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each child's unique goals.

    Use a variety of physical therapy techniques to improve children's motor function, strength, coordination, and flexibility.

    Provide ongoing support and guidance to children and their families.

    Participate in team meetings and collaborate with speech and occupational therapists on our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

    Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

    Qualifications:

    Master's degree (or higher) in physical therapy

    Current Arkansas PT license or eligibility for license as an Physical Therapist

    Proficiency in administering standardized assessments and outcome measures

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.

    Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices for working with pediatric patients

    Drive to grow, learn, and mentor.
