**Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential through movement, play, and purpose?

At ACI Health , we specialize in making therapy engaging, empowering, and joyful for children with special needs . With our clinic growing and our services expanding , we're on the lookout for full-time Pediatric Physical Therapists to support both clinic and school-based therapy!

Whether you're a seasoned pro or a new grad ready to begin your PT journey, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate, evidence-based PT to children ages 0–21
Split time between outpatient clinic & school settings
Treat a range of diagnoses while encouraging functional independence
Make therapy creative, active, and fun through play-based techniques
Collaborate with a team that believes in the potential of every child

Minimum Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia
Pediatric experience ideal – but new grads with strong peds rotations encouraged to apply!
Commitment to ongoing CEU training in pediatric care

✨ Additional Expectations:

Flexibility with scheduling (occasional non-traditional hours)
‍♂ Ability to engage in hands-on care (lifting up to 50 lbs., sitting on the floor, bending, driving, etc.)
Comfort working with infants, children, and teens
