Position Highlights:
Schedule flexibility: Choose between 4 or 5-day work weeks (two evenings per week until 7 PM required)
Relocation Bonus and/or Loan Repayment Assistance Available
Compensation: $80,000 – $94,000 annually
Performance-based bonuses (up to $2,000 annually)

What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality, individualized physical therapy services to pediatric patients in a supportive outpatient clinic setting
Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique goals and developmental needs
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and caregivers to ensure holistic and coordinated care
Provide education and resources to families, empowering them to support progress outside the clinic
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation with built-in paperwork blocks for support
Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities to support clinical growth
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture through active participation in meetings, training, and team-building events
Uphold best practices and compliance standards in all areas of clinical care and reporting
Requirements:
A pending or active Physical Therapy license in Washington
Pediatrics experience is a plus, but not required.
