    Position Highlights:

    • Schedule flexibility: Choose between 4 or 5-day work weeks (two evenings per week until 7 PM required)

    • Relocation Bonus and/or Loan Repayment Assistance Available

    • Compensation: $80,000 – $94,000 annually

    • Performance-based bonuses (up to $2,000 annually)

    What You’ll Do:

    • Deliver high-quality, individualized physical therapy services to pediatric patients in a supportive outpatient clinic setting

    • Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique goals and developmental needs

    • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and caregivers to ensure holistic and coordinated care

    • Provide education and resources to families, empowering them to support progress outside the clinic

    • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation with built-in paperwork blocks for support

    • Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities to support clinical growth

    • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture through active participation in meetings, training, and team-building events

    • Uphold best practices and compliance standards in all areas of clinical care and reporting

    Requirements:

    • A pending or active Physical Therapy license in Washington

    • Pediatrics experience is a plus, but not required.

    • A passion for serving families in the community!
