    Pediatric Physical Therapist

    Happyian Therapy & Academy is expanding! We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our collaborative, play-based team. We welcome both entry-level physical therapists and experienced clinicians who are passionate about pediatric care and interested in growing professionally.

    We are looking for someone who is ambitious, confident, comfortable participating in community and advertising events, and excited to help grow our pediatric physical therapy department. At Happyian Therapy & Academy, we prioritize mentorship, confidence-building, professional development, and high-quality clinical care.

    We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with both hourly and salary-based options available. There is also an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a Clinic Director role at one of our clinics.

    Position Options

    Full-Time

    30+ billable hours per week

    $68,000–$90,000 annual salary

    Full-time benefits package

    Part-Time

    18+ billable hours per week

    Starting at $50–$60/hour

    10 hours of mentorship and supervision per month

    Supervision reassessed annually based on therapist needs

    Qualifications

    Current Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license

    Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

    Strong interest in pediatric, play-based, relationship-centered care

    Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of an interdisciplinary team

    Strong communication and family-engagement skills

    Comfortable participating in community outreach and advertising events

    Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to the development of our pediatric PT department
