Job Overview
We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric homecare for medically complex patients. Nurses will work closely with patients and families while delivering high-quality skilled nursing care in the home setting under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about pediatric care and comfortable working with medically fragile children in a homecare environment.
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. English is required. Spanish and Creole are highly preferred.

Orange, Oceola, Brevard and Seminole County
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care following the patient’s individualized plan of care
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Provide physical and emotional support to patients and their families
- Assist with rehabilitation activities that promote development of daily living and social skills
- Provide personal care including bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, nail care, dressing, and diapering
- Reposition, transfer, and assist patients with mobility and elimination needs
- Administer medications orally, subcutaneously, intravenously, or through feeding tubes
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and medications
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with reviewing medication administration records (MAR)
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Pediatric nursing experience, preferably with medically complex patients
- Ability to pass a Level II background check
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to travel to patient homes within Orange County
Required Clinical Skills
Experience with the following conditions and procedures is required:
- Tracheostomy care
- Tube feeding (G-tube / feeding tubes)
- Wound care
- Oxygen therapy / oxygen-dependent patients
- Neurological disorders including seizure management
- IV therapy

- Premature birth and neonatal discharge care
- Chronic lung disease management
- Feeding and swallow difficulties
