We are an established specialty practice looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with experience to join our team on Saturdays. As an Pediatric Registered Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the pediatric dentist during appointments and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!

Duties

assisting the pediatric dentist during a variety of treatment procedures;

prophy and fluoride application;

taking dental radiographs;

reviewing a patient’s medical history;

serving as an infection control officer;

following infection control protocol and preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment;

helping patients feel comfortable and confident, before, during and after dental treatment;

providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures, such as the placement of a restoration (filling);

teaching patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health; (e.g., toothbrushing, flossing and nutritional counseling); and

taking impressions of patients’ teeth for study models or iTero element scans.

Pay range begins at $35+/hour based on experience.
