First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN or RN to provide one-on-one pediatric skilled nursing care in a client’s home in Kennesaw, GA (30152).

Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–11:30 PM (some weekly variation)

Hours: 40–50 hours per week

Pay: $34–$46 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: In-person (Client Home)

Responsibilities

Follow individualized plan of care

Perform vital signs and skilled assessments

Monitor for respiratory distress, fever, tachycardia, abdominal distention, and thromboembolic signs

Manage TPN infusion (1476 ml over 10 hours) using sterile technique

Provide CVAD care and dressing changes as needed

Assist with range of motion, repositioning every 2 hours, and mobility support

Provide elimination care and diaper changes as needed

Maintain strict infection prevention and sterile practices

Qualifications

Active Georgia LPN or RN license

Pediatric skilled nursing experience preferred

TPN and CVAD competency strongly preferred

Strong assessment, clinical, and infection-control skills

Reliable, compassionate, and family-centered communicator

Must be able to commute to Kennesaw, GA
