First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN or RN to provide one-on-one pediatric skilled nursing care in the client’s home.

Nursing Responsibilities Include:

Performing and documenting nursing assessments as required

Assisting with safe transfers and mobility using a Hoyer lift

Monitoring and documenting vital signs and overall health status

Administering medications as ordered and monitoring for side effects

Monitoring skin integrity and implementing pressure injury prevention measures

Assisting with positioning and mobility to promote comfort and safety

Observing and reporting any changes in the client’s condition to the agency and physician as appropriate

Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation in accordance with agency policy and state regulations

Communicating effectively with the care team and family regarding the client’s condition and care needs Schedule: SATURDAY 8 hours

Qualifications:

Active Georgia LPN or RN license

Pediatric skilled experience preferred (TPN & CVAD competency ideal)

Strong assessment, sterile technique, and infection-control skills

Reliable, compassionate, and family-centered communicator
