Position Details: • Session Format: Standard 50-minute private sessions • Additional Time: Includes 5 minutes for parent consultation and 5 minutes for documentation • Compensation: $40–$50/hour, DOE Responsibilities: • Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings, including articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing assessments • Assist in the development of differential diagnoses and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions that address individual goals and promote meaningful progress • Maintain accurate, data-driven documentation and provide consistent progress reports • Collaborate with families through regular parent conferences to discuss progress and share actionable recommendations • Ensure consistency and continuity across all patient treatment sessions • Participate in ongoing supervision and training under the guidance of a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications: • Enjoys a diverse population of patients • Self-Motivated and inquisitive • Willingness to commute to the clinic • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with parents, teachers, and our tutors • Enjoy working with artic pediatric patients • Self-motivated to develop overall clinic contribution • Enjoy teaching educators and learning from educators • Organized and data-driven • Seeking autonomy and creativity in the work environment Compensation: $40 - $50 hourly DOE
