A growing pediatric outpatient clinic is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Gig Harbor.

Position Overview
- Full-time pediatric outpatient caseload
- Treat children with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication
- Work closely with supervising SLPs in a collaborative setting
- Typical schedule includes structured treatment sessions with documentation time built in
- Consistent weekly schedule with strong front office support
- Family-centered care model with emphasis on clinical quality and relationship-building
Ideal Candidate
- Active SLPA license (or eligibility) in Washington
- Passion for working with pediatric populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented and eager to learn
- Organized, dependable, and growth-minded
- Feeding experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience in pediatrics required
