Responsibilities: • • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify each child's unique needs. • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that empower children to reach their communication goals. • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a supportive network for each child. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes. • Stay current with the latest research and techniques in pediatric speech therapy to enhance your practice. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care. • Provide education and resources to families to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions. Qualifications: Must have a Texas License to work as a speech-language pathologist (clinical fellows welcome). Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 yearly
