AchieveAbility TherapyServices
W-2 Employee | Full Benefits | Onsite Only (No Home Health or Travel to School Contracts)
AchieveAbility Therapy is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, skilled, and collaborative Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team! We provide speech, occupational therapy, and ABA services in a welcoming, child-centered environment that values evidence-based practice, compassion, and teamwork.
This is a W-2, benefits-eligible position for clinicians seeking stability, clinical support, and a positive culture—without the stress of home health, driving across town, or juggling multiple school contracts. All services are provided in our clinic or in our on-site private school, Achievers Day School.
Why AchieveAbility Therapy is the Best Place to Work?
At AchieveAbility Therapy, you are part of a supportive, multidisciplinary family—not a number on a caseload sheet. We deeply value collaboration between SLPs, OTs, BCBAs, RBTs, teachers, and paraprofessionals. Our Director provides ongoing leadership, mentorship, structure, and clear expectations that allow therapists to thrive professionally and emotionally.
What makes us different?
We prioritize YOU as a clinician.
Predictable schedule
Director and Team On-Site
No home health
No travel to schools
No isolated or unsupported caseloads
Strong administrative and scheduling support
Clear communication systems and streamlined documentation
We prioritize our CHILDREN.
Our clients are neurodivergent children and teens who benefit from collaborative, consistent, and individualized therapy. ~80% of clients have behavioral support through RBTs and BCBAs, allowing SLPs to focus on therapy —not behavior management.
We prioritize TEAMWORK.
Our therapists work in a connected environment where SLPs, OTs, and ABA staff work side-by-side, communicate daily, and learn from each other. You will never feel alone or unsupported here.
