We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to clients in their natural environments, including homes, ABA centers, childcare centers, or community-based settings. Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and treatment
Develop and implement individualized plan of cares based on evidence-based practices, formal and informal evaluations, and clinic standards
Provide therapy services in a clinic/home setting
Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain timely (completed day of session), accurate documentation (evaluations, progress notes, treatment notes)
Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication goals
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development as required
Comply with all ethical, legal, and organizational standards
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active GA state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Experience with pediatric populations, Autism, and Gestalt language (CFs may be considered, if applicable)
Work Environment & Schedule
Mobile role with travel between locations
