Your Role:
Provide evidence-based therapy for infants and toddlers in their home environments.
Complete evaluations, develop family-centered goals, and coach caregivers to integrate therapy into daily routines.
Manage your caseload independently and complete high-quality, timely documentation.
Collaborate with a passionate, supportive team focused on positive developmental outcomes.
Candidates Must Have:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active CA SLP license
Previous pediatric experience (experience working with children aged 0–3 preferred)
Experience with phonological disorders and expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language needs
Warm, compassionate communication style and strong family-collaboration skills
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Bonus Skills:
Bilingual (Spanish)
Previous early intervention experience
Experience with swallowing and AAC devices
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and experience mentoring CF candidates/students
