    Company Overview

Kindred Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric clinic in Fayetteville, Arkansas just down the road from the University of Arkansas. We’re known for our collaborative, team-first culture and our strong relationships with families across Northwest Arkansas.

At Kindred, we believe great therapy happens when people communicate well, support each other, and enjoy what they do. Our team is grounded in five core values: connection, passion, excellence, collaboration, and enjoyment and those show up in our day-to-day work with both families and teammates.

We take an interdisciplinary approach, meaning our speech, occupational, and physical therapists work closely together to provide well-rounded, thoughtful care. We also prioritize continued growth through mentorship, certifications, and shared learning across the team. For over 13 years, we’ve built strong partnerships with pediatricians, specialists, and community resources throughout Northwest Arkansas.

And yes, our therapy dog, Turtle, is part of the team. He specializes in greetings, morale boosting, transitions, and session support.
