PTS, Inc. is seeking a full-time school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based services in Wilmington, DE:

JOB DESCRIPTION/HOURS:
- Preschool caseload
- Develop FBAs, behavior plans, positive support plans
- Provide training to staff members on behavior strategies
- Possible RBT supervision
- Implement classroom-based behavior plans
- Collaborate with all staff on behavior strategies and interventions
- Full-time, 5 days per week; hours fall within a normal school day
- Consistent and stable position
- No nights or weekends
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board certification in Behavior Analysis
- Prior supervisory experience highly preferred
- Behavior Specialist License required
- Extensive knowledge conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments
- Crisis intervention training preferred
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Preferred minimum of two years working as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in educational settings
