The Position:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician looking for a stable, well-compensated position with comprehensive benefits and professional support.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $225,000+ base salary
- Incentive compensation plan eligibility after 90 days
- Reimbursement for Georgia and DEA licensure, plus one approved professional association
- Professional liability coverage through the Federal Tort Claims Act at no cost
- CME allowance: $2,000 annually, increasing to $4,000 in year three
- Health insurance for physician and spouse at no cost (other plans available for additional cost)
- Long-term disability and group life insurance equal to base salary
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued biweekly:
- Year 1: 180 hours
- Year 2: 216 hours
- Year 3: 252 hours
- Paid holidays: 8 hours per designated holiday after 90-day introductory period
- 403(b) retirement plan with 50% match of employee contribution, up to 4% of pay, fully vested after 3 years

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active or eligible Georgia medical license
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for newborns, children, and adolescents
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families
- Educate families on preventive care, nutrition, vaccinations, and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with clinical staff and other providers to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in community outreach and child health promotion initiatives as needed
