We are currently seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents in a clinic-based setting.

This role may include remote work responsibilities and is subject to all current CMS vaccine mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide pediatric care through physical exams, preventive health screenings, and management of acute and chronic conditions

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient health needs

Develop treatment plans, record physical findings, and communicate care plans with families

Prescribe medications and recommend therapies including physical or inhalation therapy

Refer patients to appropriate specialists or community health resources

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

Serve as an instructor or facilitator for internal staff training and community outreach

Maintain all licensure and continuing education requirements

Document and close all patient visits in the electronic medical record within established timeframes

Participate in quality improvement, peer reviews, and PCMH initiatives to meet clinical outcome goals

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervise clinical support staff assigned to pediatric care

Supervise any pediatric nurse practitioners assigned under your direction

Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution

Completion of an accredited pediatric residency program

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Minimum of two years of independent pediatric practice preferred

Strong commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care
