Pediatrician

A Pediatric Primary Care Physician is needed in Brandon, Florida.
Brandon is a thriving suburban community just east of Tampa, offering excellent schools, a strong family-oriented atmosphere, and easy access to beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. This opportunity is with a well-established and growing pediatric practice committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care to children and families.

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary: $215,000 – $230,000 (based on experience and board certification)
• Annual bonus potential: Up to $10,000
• Total earning potential: $240,000+ annually
• Health, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance
• CME: 5 days off and $3,000 annual stipend
• Paid time off:
  • 3 weeks PTO
  • 5 paid holidays
  • 3 sick days
• 401(k) plan with 4% employer match after 90 days
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000
• Full support team: Front Desk, Scheduler, CMA, and shared MD coverage (2x per week)

Responsibilities

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• Outpatient pediatric primary care setting
• Patient volume: 25–30 patients per day
• Provide well-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, family-centered care

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
