About the Role:

Orange Park Foot Solutions LLC is looking for a skilled and compassionate Pedorthist to join our dedicated team in Orange Park, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by providing expert footwear and orthotic solutions that improve mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' foot conditions and assess biomechanical needs to recommend appropriate footwear and orthotic devices

Design, fabricate, fit, and modify custom foot orthotics and therapeutic footwear

Collaborate with physicians, podiatrists, and other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive patient care plans

Educate patients on proper footwear selection, orthotic use, and foot care best practices

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation

Stay current with industry trends, new products, and advancements in pedorthic care

Manage inventory of footwear, orthotic materials, and related supplies

Requirements:

Board Certification in Pedorthics (C.Ped) required or eligibility to obtain certification

Experience in fitting and fabricating custom foot orthotics and therapeutic footwear

Knowledge of foot pathologies, biomechanics, and diabetic foot care

Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills

Experience with insurance billing and coding for durable medical equipment (DME) is a plus
