Job title: Lead Peer Recovery Specialist

Starting Pay rate: $29.25 per hour

Hours/Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Job description:

This position provides leadership through training, education, mentoring, consultation, and quality support to promote consistent, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered peer services throughout the agency. The Peer Recovery Specialist Lead functions as a peer services leader and subject matter expert supporting peer staff and program development.

Requirements:

An associate's degree in social work, Psychology, Education or a related human services field preferred. Requires 1-2 years of related experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Registered as a Peer Recovery Specialist is required.

Requires a comprehensive background investigation to include a local, state and federal criminal history check, and a sex offender registry check.

A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Requires Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification upon 90 days of employment.

Individuals in this position cannot be listed as having a founded child abuse or neglect complaint.
