Benefits • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave • Comprehensive health insurance • Dental and vision coverage Responsibilities: • Client Transportation: Provide transportation for clients to their appointments as needed. • Group Facilitation: Facilitate recovery-based group activities to support client engagement and growth. • Assessment: Evaluate and assess factors that may hinder clients' ability to live independently or integrate into the community. • Communication Skills Development: Address and improve communication skills in individuals to enhance their interactions. • Symptom Management: Implement effective skills and strategies to help clients manage their symptoms. • Social Support Development: Assist individuals in developing and strengthening their social support systems. • Skills Adaptation: Help clients adapt skills for various life domains, including home, work, education, leisure, and social activities. • Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being. • Training Completion: Complete assigned training sessions, both in-person and through online learning programs. • Documentation: Document daily activities and progress for each client accurately and promptly. • Productivity Standards: Consistently meet established productivity standards. • Shift Coverage: Cover shifts at group homes as needed, including day, evening, and overnight shifts. • Meeting Participation: Schedule and attend required meetings to coordinate care and support for clients. • Attendance: Maintain regular attendance to ensure continuity of care for clients. Qualifications: • State Certification: Must have Peer Support Certification from the State of Montana • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (state requirement for licensing). • Driver's License & Insurance: Must possess a current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full automobile insurance coverage. • HIPAA Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality at all times. • Certification: Must hold a valid Peer Support certification from the state of Montana. • Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Compensation: $17.50 hourly
