Position Overview

****The Laborer/Installer position is responsible for supporting efficient, accurate, and organized operations in our shop/yard facility and on job sites. The responsibilities of this position include installing fence projects, staging materials, delivering materials to job sites, maintaining orderly inventory, and working with the operations team to ensure a safe work environment. The Laborer/Installer is primarily focused on the following objectives:

• Working as part of a team to install fence projects with a high degree of accuracy and quality
• Support efficient daily operations and production schedules in shop and yard facilities
• Staging and delivering material with accuracy

Required Skills

• Previous construction experience
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Maintain an organized work environment
• Capable of lifting up to 80 pounds
• Willingness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
• A valid driver's license

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the fence industry
