    Job Summary The Technical Architect for Pega will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Pega applications. The role involves ensuring that the architecture aligns with business requirements and Pega best practices to optimize performance and scalability. (1.) Key Responsibilities

    1. Lead the design and implementation of pega solutions based on business requirements
    2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
    3. Ensure that pega applications are scalable, maintainable, and secure
    4. Provide guidance on pega best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards
    5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the smooth operation of pega applications

    Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Pega Developer with 8-10 years under their belt to lead the charge in designing, developing, and optimizing business process management (BPM) solutions. As a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), you’ll bring your expertise in Pega PRPC—specifically version 8.6 and above—to deliver scalable, high-performing applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions using Pega PRPC 8.6 or higher, adhering to best practices. Utilize your strong knowledge of Services (SOAP, REST) and Connectors to integrate Pega applications with external systems flawlessly. Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to turn requirements into actionable technical designs. Optimize workflows, case management, and rules to boost system performance and enhance user satisfaction. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, keeping systems running smoothly with minimal disruption. Mandatory Skills: Expertise in Pega PRPC 8.6 and above, including case management, rules engine, and UI development. Strong proficiency in configuring and implementing Pega Services and Connectors for seamless integrations. Optional Skills (Nice-to-Have): Experience with Splunk for monitoring and analytics. Knowledge of MongoDB for NoSQL database management. Familiarity with Oracle database systems and SQL. Soft Skills: A sharp problem-solver with a creative streak for tackling tough challenges.
