• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of Pega projects.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Pega applications, including design, code, and user guides.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve Pega development processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
