Lead and participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions to align product vision,

features, and delivery timelines across teams.

Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and Agile teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.

Business & Technology Collaboration

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic objectives into actionable product features.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure shared understanding of requirements, dependencies, and delivery expectations.

Drive alignment across business units, IT, compliance, and UX teams.

Feature Definition, Prioritization & Roadmap Management

Define and document epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Prioritize features based on business value, regulatory impact, and technical complexity.

Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with enterprise goals and customer needs.

Pega-Specific Configuration Oversight

Work closely with Pega architects and developers to guide Pega-specific configurations,

including case types, data models, decisioning, and UI components.

Ensure configurations align with Pega best practices and support scalability, reusability, and compliance.

Workflow & User Experience Oversight

Collaborate with UX designers and business analysts to define intuitive, efficient workflowsnand user experiences for internal users and external stakeholders (e.g., members, providers).

Review wireframes, prototypes, and process flows to ensure alignment with business goals and usability standards.

Champion a human-centered design approach in all product decisions.
