Responsibilities
Validate Pega workflows, case types, decision rules, and UI components
Create and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Test healthcare workflows related to claims, membership, authorizations, and provider operations
Validate APIs and integrations between Pega and downstream systems
Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and work with developers to resolve issues
Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate with business, QA, and development teams
Required Skills
5+ years of QA / testing experience
3+ years of Pega testing experience
Experience testing Pega workflows, rules, and case management
Strong SQL and API testing experience
Experience with healthcare / payer systems (claims, enrollment, utilization management)
Experience with test tools such as ALM, JIRA, Postman, Selenium, or similar
Preferred
Pega healthcare implementations
Knowledge of Facets / claims platforms
