PAID SPRING MARKETING INTERNSHIPS - FULL TRAINING

HOURS: Full Time, Part Time Internships Available (3,6 and 12 months)

EXPERIENCE: No Experience Required ~ Entry Level Position ~ Training Provided ~

START DATE: Immediate Start preferred, (Negotiable)

MARKETING INTERN - BENEFITS:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF OUR INTERNS:

• Develop new customer service skills for dealing with customers
• Learn sales processes
• Assist customers with questions and inquiries
• Provided customers with current offers and deals
• Provide other day-to-day support to clients as needed
• Enter all data on time and correctly
• Ensure proper and timely documentation of services including case notes
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization and within respective departments
• General administration tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned

MARKETING INTERNS KEY SKILLS:

• Quick learners capable of practical application
• Able to make decisions and think under pressure
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service awareness, and self-motivation
• Consistently exceeding goals

• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills

• Strong negotiating skills with the ability to close new business deals

MARKETING INTERNS REQUIREMENTS:

• Although no experience is required, we find that people with customer-oriented work experience like retail sales, food service, restaurant work, pizza delivery, customer service, etc. tend to excel in our industry.
• We’re looking for competitive, goal-oriented people, so those with experience playing sports for their community or school are highly encouraged to apply!
• You’ll need to be 18+ years of age and legally able to work in the USA. Unfortunately, we’re not in a position to offer sponsorship or pay relocation fees
• Travel to the Cleveland Office 44114, as needed
