DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR NURSING ASSISTANTS

As a Nursing Assistant, some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Have fun!

• Interact with aging adults who have dementia-related disorders, disabilities, and chronic illness.

• Assist participants in all activities of daily living helping them met the physical requirements for participating in the program.

• Ensure excellent communication among staff, participants, and families.

• Create positive participant outcomes.

• Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.

• Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.

• Maintains and upholds confidentiality and protected health information protection and safeguarding standards at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

Successful criminal background check and drug screening

Dependable and punctual

Good attitude showing compassion and kindness for others

Ability to have fun and be silly
