Join us!Working at Pelican Health at Charlotte you will enjoy:• Fun Employee Engagement Activities• Positive work environment• Excellent Training• Competitive Pay and BenefitsShift Details:• 8 hour shifts1st Shift - 7:00am-3:30pm2nd Shift - 3:00pm-11:30pm3rd Shift - 11:00pm-7:30amFull-Time, Part-Time, and As NeededWhat you will do:• Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.• Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs lifting, moving and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.What you need to have:• Willingness to make a difference!• Current Nursing Assistant certification from state.• Current / active CPR certification, preferred.• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.• Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Must have active CNA certification

      Entry Level (0-2 years)

      High School Diploma/GED
