Outside Sales Consultant – Pella Doors and Windows of Northern California - is looking for dynamic, initiative-taking sales professionals to join our growing team. Pella’s Sales Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations that provide all the necessary information for homeowners to make a non-pressured decision on their window and door replacement projects. We offer 4 products to allow our customers to choose the product that is best for their project rather than forcing one product on them. We back it up with an unparalleled warranty and service standards. We are a leader in work-life balance with 2 appointments a day, 5 days a week for our sales team with a six-figure earning potential- happy team members = satisfied customers. On a day to day basis, you will: • Daily travel to and from your residence to pre-set appointments with homeowners within the Greater Bay Area • Perform product presentations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations • Maintain weekly schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends • As a Pella Sales Consultant, you get: - An uncapped commission structure- our Sales Consultants earn an average of $80,000-$150,00 per year, with our top performers reaching $200,000+ - Pre-qualified & pre-set leads - no cold calling or door knocking! • Paid professional 5-week training program in the classroom and the field • Ongoing education opportunities to empower yourself as a sales professional • Access to competitive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k plan) You're a great fit if you possess: • A strong desire and ability to close the sale • Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process • Previous outside sales experience is a plus • Previous window experience recommended • Capable of navigating various applications on a laptop (required) • Ability to lift and carry at least 20-40 lbs of sample materials as needed (required) • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
