    You'll partner with managers and employees to create a world-class work environment and team capability.  We've already earned recognition in 2019 and 2020 as one of the Dallas area's Best Places to Work and continue to achieve at that level.  Our goal is to grow from good to great!  This HR Generalist will lead adaptation, implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of corporate policies and programs from the human resource perspective.  You'll provide leadership in recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll administration, employee performance, communication, career planning, retention, succession planning, recognition, and other human resources matters.

    IN THIS JOB YOU WILL WORK WITH THE VICE PRESIDENT OF TEAM SUCCESS AND ENGAGE IN:

    • Leading and coordinating recruiting efforts
    • Assisting with onboarding of new employees
    • Coordinating benefit plan analysis and review and employee enrollment
    • Performing hands-on payroll administration
    • Providing advice, counsel, and follow up to suggestions, questions and concerns to all levels of employees 
    • Training and specifically providing respectful work environment training
    • Coordinating employee performance processes including employee reviews, performance resolution, and recognition
    • Understanding HR and business metrics
    • Leading and participating in assigned projects and driving improvements
    • Participating and/or leading policy and program development that will ensure high performance teamwork, high productivity, regulations are met, and appropriate work-life balance for employees

     

    ABOUT YOU: (Required Qualifications) 

    • Bachelor's degree (HR or related degree preferred)
    • Two to five years human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint  
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills
    • Multi-tasker with the ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Supervisory skills of support employees as needed 
    • Seeking a career opportunity 
    • Commitment and track record of learning the business that you support

    HELPFUL TRAITS: (Preferred Qualifications) 

    • PHR or SHRM-CP (If not yet achieved, certification will be expected)
    • Knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems is preferred
