Job Expectations:

• Canvassing neighborhoods and executing plans created by our field marketing team

• Engaging with homeowners in local neighborhoods where Pella has recently completed home-improvement projects

• Scheduling in-estimate appointments for Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners

• Schedule appointments for free in-home consultations

• Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual appointment goal targets

• Schedule appointments for free in-home consultations

• Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual appointment goal target

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in field marketing or outside sales

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours

• Clean driving record

• Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends
