Compensation Package

• Up To $90,000 Per Year (Based On Experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform New-Patient Evaluations/Exams To Diagnose Conditions And Assess Activity Limitations
• Establish Personalized Treatment Plans With Clear Goals And Timelines
• Provide 100% 1 On 1 Patient Care In 40-Minute Blocks
• Equip Patients With Physical Therapy Interventions And Techniques, Tracking Progress And Adjusting Plans As Needed
• Educate Patients On Techniques To Continue Care Independently
• Work With Pelvic Floor, Ortho, Vestibular, And Balance Patients
• Conduct Follow-Up Assessments To Measure And Track Treatment Effectiveness
• Use WebPT Electronic Medical Records For Accurate And Timely Documentation
• Collaborate With A Full Support Team To Deliver Outstanding Patient Outcomes

Requirements

• Accredited Physical Therapy Program Graduate
• Clear And Active Colorado PT License Required
• Ability To Develop And Implement Treatment Plans In An Outpatient Setting
• Passion For Helping Patients With Pelvic Floor, Vestibular, Balance, And Fall-Risk Conditions
• 1+ Year(s) Of Outpatient Neuro/Ortho Or Vestibular Rehab Experience Preferred
• Self-Motivated And Comfortable Working In An Autonomous Environment
