Responsibilities: • Analyze patient assessments and test results to develop personalized care plans • Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand each patient's physical condition, including injuries and movement limitations • Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing mobility, in alignment with physician recommendations • Accurately document patient history and ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and healthcare regulations • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure cohesive, high-quality care • Assess and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and obstetric-related physical needs • Provide an exceptional concierge-level experience that encourages patient retention and satisfaction • Maintain clear and timely documentation, and communicate treatment plans in accordance with state physical therapy guidelines • Stay informed on the latest practices and advancements in pelvic health and perinatal care Qualifications: • Prior hands-on experience in a clinical or patient-focused healthcare setting is strongly preferred • Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent graduate-level degree in physical therapy • Strong clinical reasoning, observational abilities, and interpersonal communication skills are essential • Background or interest in Women’s Health, particularly in pelvic floor and obstetric care • Completion of Pelvic Health Level 1 and 2 courses (APTA or similar), or willingness to pursue additional training in this specialty • Active and unrestricted physical therapy license in the state of practice • Must have passed the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) • Open-minded, receptive to coaching, and eager to grow professionally • Able to manage time effectively, stay organized, and handle multiple responsibilities with ease • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, especially in patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
