    Physical Therapist

    Our growing outpatient physical therapy clinic is excited to expand our services to include pelvic health rehabilitation, and we are seeking a Physical Therapist to help lead and shape this important program. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who is either experienced in pelvic health or passionate about developing specialized skills through training and mentorship.

    We are committed to delivering high-quality, one-on-one patient care and creating an environment where clinicians can grow clinically while making a meaningful impact in the community. Whether you bring established pelvic health expertise or a strong interest in learning, we are ready to support your professional development.

    Position Overview

    • Schedule: Part-Time or Full Time (flexible days and hours based on availability)
    • Setting: 100% Outpatient
    • Benefits:  Full Benefits for Full Time
    • Patient Care Model: One-on-one treatment sessions
    • Clinical Focus: Orthopedic, balance/vestibular, and expanding pelvic health services
    • Documentation System: EMR (training provided if needed)
    • Patient Population: Adults to geriatrics

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Up to $50 Per Hour based on experienced

    • Have pelvic health experience and are ready to build a program
      or
    • Are highly motivated to receive pelvic health training and develop a specialty skill set

    What We’re Looking For

    • Licensed Physical Therapist in MN (or eligible for licensure)
    • Interest in outpatient care and relationship-driven patient outcomes
    • Passion for delivering compassionate, individualized care
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Interest in pelvic health or willingness to pursue training in this specialty
