About Us Body Motion Physical Therapy is a fast-growing, 100% cash-based women’s health and pelvic floor PT practice in Edmonds, WA. We specialize in pregnancy, postpartum, and lifelong pelvic health, offering women the support they need to heal, age gracefully, and live with confidence.
Our unique model blends advanced pelvic health PT with whole-body wellness strategies and cutting-edge tools like Shockwave Therapy, Red Light Therapy, and wellness coaching.

The Mentorship Program This full-time, 12-month paid employment + mentorship program is designed for:
New grads passionate about pelvic health
Orthopedic PTs transitioning into women’s wellness
Early pelvic floor PTs wanting clinical mentorship
You’ll receive weekly 1:1 mentorship, didactic training, case reviews, and professional development in a structured, growth-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing 1-on-1 pelvic health PT sessions
Developing personalized treatment plans
Integrating therapies like Shockwave, EMTT, and Red Light Therapy
Collaborating with teammates to support long-term wellness
What We’re Looking For
WA Licensed (or license-eligible) PT
Strong interest in pelvic health (mentorship provided if new)
Excellent communicator, compassionate, motivated, and eager to learn
Compensation & Perks
Salary: $80,000–$120,000 (DOE)
