    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role begins with a mixed pelvic health and orthopedic caseload, with the opportunity to grow into:

    A pelvic health–focused role, or

    A customized caseload based on clinician interest, training, and initiative

    We support clinicians who want to build a niche, remain generalists, or evolve their practice over time.

    Key Responsibilities

    Practice at the top of your scope

    Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic health and orthopedic conditions

    Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans while working with and guiding PTA partners

    Provide patient education to promote understanding, engagement, and long-term outcomes

    Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with AI-enabled tools to reduce burden)

    Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship

    Serve as a clinical instructor for students once established in role and culture

    Patient Populations & Conditions

    Pelvic Health

    Pelvic pain and dysfunction

    Incontinence

    Pre- and post-natal care

    Post-surgical pelvic rehabilitation

    Orthopedic

    Spine pain and radiculopathies

    Post-surgical rehabilitation

    Sports and performing arts injuries

    Sprains, strains, joint dysfunction

    Gait, balance, and movement impairments

    Light neuro: vestibular, concussion, Parkinson's, etc

    Schedule & Work-Life Balance

    Four 9-hour days (Monday–Thursday)

    One 4-hour Friday

    Makes every weekend is a long weekend (and when you take Friday off you have to take less PTO)

    Qualifications

    Licensed Physical Therapist (or license eligible) in South Carolina

    Experience in pelvic health (certification encouraged, not required)

    Strong communication and patient education skills
