SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

Associate degree from an accredited college or university and 1 to 3 years of full-time experience in accounting.

FUNCTIONS:

1. Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Systems that use integrated financial modules. Familiarity with Oracle e-business
2. Suite financials and integrated systems and reporting.
3. Performs finance tasks such as processing of cash receipts, journal entries, preparation of account analysis, schedules, budget and reconciliations.
4. Strong financial skills and the ability to reconcile accounts and perform analysis on transactions and reports using data from multiple financial systems. Identify and investigate variances and cause of variance.  
5. Understanding of basic accounting concepts.
6. Proficient in MS Office, preferable excel, word
7. Ability to work independently and solve problems.
8. Good time-management skills, adherence to deadlines and ability to work well with others.
