PendoTECH is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Customer Service team! PendoTECH is a rapidly growing business serving the biopharmaceutical industry, supplying laboratory scale process control sensors, monitors, systems and software to a network of global industry leading customers.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:

This position is primarily responsible for handling the administrative aspects of the customer service function for the company. Key activities will include acting as a liaison between customers and the company as well as assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, cancelations, and other queries.

This is a non-exempt position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handles order entry and the processing of sales orders using the QuickBooks Enterprise system
• Coordinates with Production to align customer required dates with the production schedule
• Cross references the existing inventory with those at contract manufacturer to ensure that the inventory is correct to fill orders efficiently
• Provides information to customers and offers customers other assistance as needed
• Reaches out to customers and verifies account information when needed
• Greets customers warmly and ascertains problem or reason for calling
• Takes pertinent customer information for account setup
• Works with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
• Completes forms on overall customer satisfaction system
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of proven Customer Service experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Prior work experience using QuickBooks or similar ERP system
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter when needed
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and set priorities
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written and the ability to work well with customers
• High degree of integrity and discretion
• Authorized to legally work for any employer in the United States
• Willingness to submit to any requested background checks
• Fluent in English
