    Position: Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

    Payroll and Benefits Coordinator is responsible for weekly payroll for all departments, PTO management, and benefits administration. This individual works closely with the finance manager to ensure accuracy of pay and record keeping.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize and review payroll commissions and hourly submissions

    • PTO reconciliations

    • Identify and communicate discrepancies

    • Prepare documents

    • Agency communication

    • Provide support to fellow departments

    • Monthly benefit administrations

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in payroll / accounting or related field

    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft word and excel

    • Able to read and analyze numbers at a fast pace

    • High attention to detail
